yeah man im about to end a cruise in a week (FINALLY) lol felt like forever, b and c does not interest you? I know you said you have basically reached your goals and going to stop cycling soon, but what are you going to do after? maintain forever?
I dunno mate, the industry I work in (I run a gym and am a personal trainer) means that walking around at like 250lbs would actually lose me business (99% of my income is fat loss clients and they get scared off by bodybuilder types), so it’s not like I really NEED to BnC, but I’ll be 30 next year so I reckon my PCTs’ll start to get harder. I reckon I’ll have to choose between just staying off and trying to maintain or the BnC lifestyle.
Honestly, I’d have started BnC years ago, it’s just the fertility thing that scares me. I’m not even desperate to have kids anytime soon, I would just hate myself if I had to tell my girl that the reason I couldn’t give her a family is because I liked having the best physique at pool parties! And I realise that the fears are probably way overblown, and that boards like these are full of stories about dudes getting their girls knocked up when they were running like a gram of tren, but knowing my luck I’d be that one dickhead who got fucked over.
But I dunno. It’s a decision that’s going to require a bit of pondering.
How’s your training going? You still planning doing a show?
Is there any solid evidence that b+c drastically reduces fertility? Or is it just a risk
