But I dunno. It’s a decision that’s going to require a bit of pondering.

Is there any solid evidence that b+c drastically reduces fertility? Or is it just a risk

If it’s fertility concerns, when you’re done with PCT freeze some sperm in a couple places, and get it tested before to make sure your boys are healthy and fertile. Then worse case scenario you’ll do artificial insemination, but still be able to father kids. I haven’t seen a single study where AAS lead to permanent infertility, although I did see it take 2 years for one guy to recover his sperm count (Vast majority are recovered in 3-4 months). Better to just freeze some sperm that you know are good, and hop on the BC lifestyle. It’s way healthier too.

Wrist cuff BP monitor is amazing and convenient. They’re not that much man it’s worth it for your health especially if you’re taking drol. I’ve always been around 110/70 but when I was on dbol it got up to 136/87 and I knew I had to make some changes. BP and blood work I think are essential to keep an eye on when cycling.

Also, any milk thistle? I take low dose accutane and drink on the weekends, and I’m not sure how much of a role it played but my liver enzymes got to normal range after taking it.

never proven scientifically, but there’s enough anecdotal reports to give me pause.

freezing jizz is definitely something I’d look into if I ever decide to BnC.

As for milk thistle: as I understand it, the studies showing a benefit used a MUCH higher concentration than you find in the supplements, so they’re pretty much useless. I could be wrong about that though.

I would think as long as you get a good reputation going it doesn’t matter how big you are and if so, just wear a big ass shirt and hide it best you can lol. Maybe you will get more of a different type of customer anyway. Who knows. I would not be worried about that, those things kinda have a way of working themselves out.

I can see why you’d be concerned about fertility. Freezing sperm is definitely a good idea for anyone who wants kids and also wants to b and c. Kinda wish I would have done this because i’m sure i’ll change my mind about how I feel about having kids later on down the road, but as of right now, kids scare the shit out of me. I don’t want to deal with that responsibility, at least not right now that’s for damn sure. I do believe simply coming off and running an extensive pct and some other drugs you will have a very good chance at having some potent sperm.

Traning is going great, adding weight every week and hitting prs on just about everything, really liking what curt has got me doing, sitting at about 223ish so about 9lbs up since i did that very short/minor recomp. Just cruising right now until I get my bloodwork taken on friday by my endo. Then it’s blast off time, prolly just keep it simple with some test and npp and that’s about it. Maybe throw in an oral depending on bloodwork.

But yeah I definitely am going to do a show in the future, just don’t know which one yet since this is my first time and I have no idea on the timing of things or anything like that. Getting up on that stage is gonna be the hardest part for me, Ill suffer all day every day for months training and diet wise, but getting on that stage i would consider my biggest obstacle, I’m sure once i’m up there it won’t be as bad. But right now just focusing on adding as much quality mass as humanly possible!

Yeah I hear you on the kids thing. The thing about freezing sperm is there’s only like a 20% success rate for insemination, so it’s not really all that much of an insurance policy. Think if I’m having kids I’m doing it the old fashioned way. More fun that way anyway.

As for competing, think of it like this: how many first time show threads have we seen here where people wished they had more mass. You’ll always wish you had more mass! Don’t let that scare you man. Get yourself a posing pouch, tan up and unleash hell!

On the plus side my chest grows really well so it’s not all bad

dude i have that too! people ask me what i do for traps all i do is shrugs here and there but shoulders and arms could definitely be bigger, i think im gonna try some high frequency training for them.

My shoulders and arms need to come up too. What I’m trying currently is switching from a bodypart split to a push/pull/legs/push/pull (I think we talked about this before). Means that I’m training lateral delts/triceps twice a week on my push days, and rear delts/biceps on pull days. The volume in a session is obviously less than a dedicated arm or shoulder workout, but the total volume for the week is a little higher.

Been fucking around with that blood flow restriction training for arms and it’s the fucking business! You should give it a try and see what you think.

superdrol is apparently one of the best orals around. Keeps you way drier than drol does, apparently, although I’ve never used it.

are you talking about occullsion training or something like that? and are you still having a seperate arm day too? im having an arm day plus 2 light days for tris just for a good pump and bloodflow. i think im either overtraining them or theyre just stubborn as hell.

aye I do an occlusion protocol at the end of every upper body day, so obviously triceps on push and biceps on pull. I don’t have a dedicated arm day but they’re still getting trained 4 times a week.

I set it up like this:

Push Day

-various pushing exercises
-triceps extensions superset with lateral raises
-occlusion protocol for overhead cable extensions

Pull Day

-various pulling exercises
-reverse cable curls superset with prone trap raises
-Concentration curls superset with rear delt flyes
-occlusion protocol for hammer curls

and that shit gets done twice a week. It’s not much volume in one go but when you add the sessions together it’s more total volume than when I was doing a dedicated arm day. There’s more upper body compound exercises a week this way than when I was doing a bodypart split too so I’m hoping that’ll mean more growth just in general. I don’t really see the need for extra “pump” workouts because my elbows are such that I never go below 8 reps for arm work anyway, so it’s all pump work, and I guarantee you have never experienced a pump like you get from occlusion training! Spicy!

I’ve only used Anavar and winstrol (freebie thrown in) to date.

I will give a try at some point, though people keep saying Halo is the shit.

dude, Superdrol is the strongest crap i’ve ever taken… now, to be fair, i think i tend to respond pretty well to a lot of things and don’t need crazy doses. however, i gained like a pound a day on superdrol, and was actually dumping water, too. however, i felt like shit on it, and could barely workout and eat… i had to stop my cycle every time i tried it. i was never able to go over 2 weeks, and that was with 30 mg (top end) of it…
