I’ve been lifting for about a solid 8 months, not straight though, money was an issue. My squats are at 305c my dead lifts are at 425 and my bench is at 210. These are not my one rep max lifts. Can anybody tell me how my progression is and how I can improve more?
No, not really.
If those aren’t your 1rm, what are they? 3? 5? 20?
What program are you following?
And what were your lifts when you started?

Why do you need this info to gauge “progress.” Lol.

Not serious. Those numbers (that are not maxes apparently and therefore meaningless in any event) could be worse than when he started. So maybe those numbers represent a regression for all we know.

In addition to what everyone’s said, you haven’t mentioned your actual goal. What are you trying to do?
Your profile says you’re 5’11", 235 pounds, and 22% bodyfat. Are those current? If so, you could stand to lose some fat in addition to whatever else you’re after.
Side note: I met Perry Saturn once, sold him a Met-Rx bar in the late-'90s when I worked at a GNC. Seemed like a cool enough guy.
