many will say use these as before pictures, and wait a year or so…
transformation don’t happen overnight
Yeah i hear ya…I am 21
Well you posted front/back/legs, thats good… what’s your diet like?
Unless you have amazing genetics, 3 months is just not enough time for someone of your size.
you’re a little uneven as to the numbers you put up…your bench should be a least more than your body weight. squat and deads numbers are good for me
Although thats just in my experience from people I know who used the 5x5 program

I eat a carton of cottage cheese before bed/8g fish oil a day and a serving of muscle milk post workout… other than that I just eat whatever I see basically.

a whole container of cottage cheese??? I’d have to eat that while sitting on the toilet…
Spinach-
Do you have a goal? What are you working towards? I’m assuming it’s increasing muscle mass. I’m a tall ecto as well and BB isn’t easy. You really need to focus on the food intake. Lift hard all you want but without the fuel you won’t grow. Someone here said: Lifting gives your body a reason to grow, food gives it the ability to grow. That really hit home with me. If your weight isn’t going up you need to eat more, sometimes it hard to get it all down.
Keep doin what you’re doin and post in 12 months. Then I’m sure you’ll be happy with your progress.
You really should wash your forearms better, they look filthy
