How did you format those bench reps? Sets of 3 every minute or so? Or just a rep whenever you felt like?
Thats a cool idea, just banging out as many as you can in a time frame, kind of like EDT I suppose.
I started with sets of five, took as little rest as possible inbetween sets. Like 5 reps - 20 seconds rest - 5 resp - 30 seconds rest - 5 reps - 30 seconds rest. I had to drop down to 3 resp towards the end of the time.
My original goal was to do 10-9-8-ā¦-3-2-1 reps for a total of 55 reps. But Iām not yet readya for that.

Bumping this up because i was thinking of doing a DL workout similar to what you have done in the past. Lighter weight explosive sets of 3 for a long time until speed drops
