But I like being shredded year round I just dont see the point of bulking when can just stay shredded year round and slowly build muscle by lifting heavier weights

I honestly wasn’t either until I read an article about it a few months ago. Either way, whether one says bear, gorilla, or fluffy mode, associating one’s self with any of those words at 150# is hilarious.

Then this hobby is not for you.
As stated to get bigger you might need to lose an ab or two. If that’s too much like getting fat you will never gain appreciative mass.
And again you not shredded. You’re a bit lean. But what’s your bicep, chest, thigh and calf size. I bet my calfs arecas big as your thigh. I bet my thigh is bigger than your waist. Lean with out size is malnourished.
