How I Stay at 8% Bodyfat Year Round

Except they said it’s because you don’t know how to train properly and you’re concerned about being 5% bodyfat instead of building more muscle, not that it’s your genetics. You’re just using that as an excuse because it’s inconceivable to you that you might not know how to train.

You’re a beginner, NOBODY has appreciable amount of muscle mass when they’re beginner…

The only reason I’m concerned about being 5% bodyfat is because I like being shredded year round I dont like bulking because when I bulking I dont look muscular at all I just look like a fatass so I figure I have only two options Ethier I get shredded a small or get fat as fuck and I dont want to be fat

So you have given up on attempting to build muscle, is what you’re saying.

I think this is a wise option. Carry on.

Glad we understand each other. No point in trying stuff that’s too hard, ya know?

Best of luck, bro.

Thanks for understanding that why I dont bulk anymore I just stay shredded year round because I’m really good at that

So are meth addicts. It’s not something most people aspire to.

Have you considered steroids and fat burners?

Nah… he’d probably just turn out like that actual former meth addict from the other thread :joy:

This

Then This

You can deadlift more than 3 times body weight for 5 reps !!! That is some really bad genetics !!

No, you’re not.

This is how we know, cause you’re a liar.

This is also how we know.

I’m not aware of any human that has lived that long anyways.

I only get stronger but I don’t get bigger

Scale weight is heavily influenced by food intake, FYI

Yeah but when I gain weight by bulking I just get fat not muscular

I just saw that black cat again, another glitch in the matrix?

Do you even lift?

I’d lay good money on this not having happened. You MIGHT have lost your 6 pack. But I bet you could always see 2 of your abs.

If this is the attitude then sorry dude - this is not for you. There are compromises to make in this hobby. Sometimes you must go a few months with out abs to build a bigger, better body.

Work hard, eat more. You’ll get bigger. T3hPwnisher gave you a great 26 week plan. Stick to this along with the diet advice on the building the monolith / deep water and you you can’t go wrong.
