It because I all i ask in this thread was what is my bodyfat % and I did not get a honest answer and everyone here was telling me to eat more food when they don’t understand that I just care about getting lean I’m 132lbs and I’m still cutting so I can get to 5% bodyfat that’s why I dont even give to shit about muscle mass
My main goal is to get leaner not to build alot of muscle mass I dont really care about building muscle I just want to be shredded that’s it
