Just out of interest, at what point in your 20 years of working hard did your genetics become good? Is it around the 5 year mark?
Right around 13 years of training is when people started to inform me that I had good genetics.
Hard work does matter ronnie coleman is the king of intensity the guy train so hard that he broke his body for the sport that’s why he was able to win 8 mr olympia in a row and hes said that his only regret is sqauting 800lbs for 2 reps instead of 4 reps he is the GOAT for a reason skip to 0:45
Awesome. Start working harder. And quit listening to this guy
I’m sure you’re a troll now. Nice one
I’ve figured for a while now (the whole constantly changing bodyfat numbers despite being told a measurement, along with all the buzzwords, social media stuff, etc), but this has been another solid monument to failure for future members to read.
The current philosophical checkmate has been fun to work toward though. Watching it get spun will get tedious.
I’m honestly not trolling I believe hard work matters but dont pretend that with just hard anyone can be mr olympia the bodybuilders at the mr olympia are the best of the best the cream of de cream they are the NBA is to basketball only guys that have the best genetics are allow to compete do you really think ronnie coleman natty would 160lbs at 3% bodyfat and a bloated 200lbs in the off season lol this ronnie coleman he achieve 300lbs on stage in ripped shredded condition it not just about hard it also genetics you have to admit ronnie coleman has god tier genetics
We are not talking about mr Olympia, just not being a twig with a bad attitude
So now we’re saying that genetics aren’t the only factor? It’s now also hard work and drugs? Just clarifying, it’s hard to keep up.
But the mr olympia proves my point I will never be like the king ronnie coleman and i will forever be 132lbs shredded or 150lbs bear mode I dont have the genetics to be a bodybuilder I’m a hardgainer
Indeed you won’t. Stop lifting weights
I thought you wanted to look like Bruce Lee? I’m very confused.
No I what i was that ronnie coleman natty would not be 160lbs a 3% bodyfat ronnie coleman natty would be 220lbs natty at 3% bodyfat of course ronnie coleman works hard he is the king of intensity and that is what makes him the GOAT
Jay Cutler never went to failure, then how did he built that muscle?
I do want look like bruce lee because it is a realistic goal to achieve because no matter how hard I train I don’t have the genetics to be a bodybuilder
So effort was what made Ronnie GOAT? Just clarifying here, because I’m very confused on your position.
How do you know? Who’s analysed your genetics for you?
I’m not saying training to failure is only way obviously you build muscle with high volume training but I like going to failure on every set
And hows that working out for you?
Because I have small wrists like a woman and also I have been training for 2 year I’m way stronger then I was when I first started lifting and I only weigh 132lbs at 7% bodyfat which is small as fuck there are people who train for 1 year and they are bigger than me but they are not stronger than me that is how I know I dogshit genetics
