That’s purely an icelandic rule right?
I believe the IPF rule is that if you lift on the same platform as someone who’s been banned you get suspended.

Actually, the majority of it goes on online, from people who dont even lift anymore but “used to do” 450 raw but with a spot (you should see the yoke on his spotter!) until they had “shoulder problems” but never competed. (I dont compete, but I don’t complain either)

I’m assuming you’re talking about NA Strongman? If so, then no, they’re not really affiliated with anyone at the amateur level, because there IS no one else at the amateur level. They’re the only fed for amateurs. However, they are sort of allied with ASC (American Strongman Corp.): When a NAS competitor wins a pro-card, they then step up and compete in ASC.
