How effective is this 4 day workout program? (Goal is aesthetics)

What do you guys think
Definition of aesthetics

For what goal?

Oh come on, don’t be asking such unreasonable questions!

The answer is, yes.

aesthetics

Assuming a binary standard, it is more effective than not training.

Ok whats your current age weight and height and estimate body fat %.

Since i assume your asking for yourself?

Or is the question rhetorical?

You have been given lots of advice since 2023. Have you put it to use, and have you made progress?
Do you have progress pics? As from where you started to where you are now?

I’m progressing guys!
I was just discussing, not asking personal advice only.

Meaning, if you objectivelyconsider this a good way to train aesthetically

Saw that, it’s still interesting how little effort people want to put into asking for help, I might be feeling a little jaded from a work incident immediately before replying (someone replied to my email, which was originally helping them, to ask for a phone number, which I found from a very simple Google search).

Like seriously, we live in a world where there is an absolute abundance of ways to get assistance, but people are so unwilling to even do the most basic of things to help themselves.

Generation spoonfed.

Edit to say,

Sorry I’m grumpy, ignore me.

Generation spoonfed.

I 100% agree with the sentiment of frustration, but I always like to point out that the negative qualities we’re observing aren’t unique to the current situation. The Ancient Greeks complained about the laziness and rudeness of the current generation compared to the past.

We, as a species, have always been lazy and terrible. The only unique thing generationally is how much easier it’s been to achieve this. Everyone was ALWAYS putting in the least amount of effort possible to survive: it just so happened that, 70 years ago, that was still a LOT of effort compared to now.

This troll again??

Now now now…. Just because in his first 2 threads on this site he gave different ages, heights and bodyweight at two months apart. Doesn’t necessarily means he’s a Troll . Dont jump to conclusions so fast.

Honestly being a old bastard…. I missed the days where you learned shit from the most accomplishment guy in the gym . ( better yet if it was in an old school black iron gym with a owner who was in it for the love of it)

This program would be very effective.

I’d add some leg extensions and leg curls to day 3.

It’s okay but it’s a little weird. There’s no lower body isolation, no calves, no abs. Heavy on shoulders and arms, which I’m fine with but it’s super light on chest and legs by comparison. It feels very limited to me. If you just want to train 4 days, you could arrange things a lot simpler with chest and Shoulders, Back, legs, arms or do an upper/lower or you could rotate days on a 3 way split. I think having some organization here helps a ton, unless your chest, legs, abs and calves are already really stand out body parts for you and you’re just playing catch-up with your shoulders and arms.
