Its amazing how many guys talk about training for aestictics while overlooking the fact they might need more muscle mass.

If you need to train more for musclemass, rather than aesthetics
If you train for muscle mass, aesthetics will occur naturally. BUT, you must not allow yourself to get fatter than 15% body fat.
If people ask you IF you lift weights, you probably need to put on more muscle. If people ask you WHERE you lift weights, you probably have enough muscle to start focusing your attention.
