No, Creatine inside your sock.

Learning disability creatine.

Which is of course why I use it.

It makes my piss glow in the dark as an added bonus.

PS: How rude of me not to comment on Hallowed: I’d walk 20 miles barefoot over broken glass and barbed wire just to watch a deaf guy use sign language to describe her ass.
I did that once. But when I got there the guy wanted 10 dollars and all I had was my debit card. Now I always carry cash. Life lesson learned.
Same dude, except when I got there after all the broken glass and barbed wire, the guy turned out to be blind instead.

You guys are lucky I only wrote that…what I originally wanted to write would make Redd Foxx roll over in his grave.

Hallowed, I don’t know if you’re into 20 year old college aged dudes that are unemployed, but if you are, wussup!

On a related note, I heard that HolyMac didn’t lose his V Card until he was 25…

no she likes them aged 18 years bro.

Seen him on the forums more often, figured a bump would result in

 1. solid training and nutrition advice
 2. lulz
 3. probably just number 2

The secret is out if you search just a bit on the first page of this forum…

I assume you’re talking about the 360 program, that is either brilliant or the best trolling in all of T-Nation’s history?

Well I have yet to see someone give me 3 valid reason why this program couldnt work…

Everyone seems to think we’re joking…

The only “problem” is you look kinda funny when you have all your left side pumped but the right one isnt.

But I usually just do L/R at the start of the week and than back/front at the end of the week so that if I go out I dont look funny

I thought you trained DC? I think this is the first time I’ve talked to you directly, but you’re one of, IMO, the most developed guys on the site, so I try and read when you do post, and thought you were a big DC guy…

I’m not saying it couldn’t work. I’m not really advanced or experienced enough to comment on what does and doesn’t work. The reason for the ‘not sure if srs’ responses are due to the routine being very unorthodox, and that fact all of ya’ll are very humorous and like to joke around, and on the internet, it’s hard to decipher “real” from “the lulz” sometimes.

If that’s really what HolyMac does, then that’s pretty intelligent of him to think outside the box, and find a routine that goes against the grain that allows him to make the crazy progress he’s made. Very Dante-esque, IME.

lol @ comparing me to dante. i appreciate the compliment, but that will prob anger some people. haha

it’s really not against the grain. the ‘front’ and ‘back’ days allow you to continue to focus on strength building, while the left and right days let you focus on getting those tight contractions / going for the ‘pump’ / or w/e other shanangins you guys like to do.

and it’s really not that unorthadox. many programs hit muscles multiple times a week. 360 is just arranged in a way that IMO made the most sense

I mean, in that sense, DC isn’t that innovative. Dante admits just looking at what works (progressive overload, hitting muscle groups frequently as possible, muscle being stretched most grows), and taking out the BS, and organizing in a way that made the most sense to him. I wasn’t trying to embarrass you or get people butthurt over the comparison, but to me it looks like the way both of ya’ll approach to training is somewhat similar. Just sayin’.

Could you maybe list out what a typical ‘front’ day looks like for you, as opposed to a ‘back’ day, and maybe a L/R day??
