How Do You Eat Tuna?

Tuna Burgers

I like mine with Mayo pickles eggs and rye bread.

I put it in my mouth, tilt my head back and go “AAARRRGGGHHH!” while imagining I’m godzilla eating a hand full of people.

I usually pack the ‘flavored’ bag-no drain tuna for lunch. hickory and lemon pepper are good right out of the bag.

tea spoon of tomato paste mix it in yum

Mix it with natty peanut butter…if you like the taste of peanut butter that is. Protein and fats as well as not tasting like fish.

That works MUUUUCH better with whey/casein supplemented protein. That sounds pretty disgusting. Peanut butter fish hahaha[/quote]

dude it sounds like it but its DAMN good!

tabasco and lemon. Yum

The peanut butter fish sounds at least mildly disgusting. I’ll try it. Yes, I’ve also tried various dog and cat foods/treats. Curious palate, what can I say. (Hey, they seem to like it, and all those animals on the commercials look really healthy.)

Ahem. So, first, no light tuna. Second, I’ve tried this with canned salmon, figure it’d work well with tuna:

Scramble tuna and eggs together, cook with a little salsa and CREAM cheese. Rich, but surprisingly good.

EDIT: But how do I usually eat it? Straight, on whole-wheat toast. Maybe w/cheese melted. If I eat it, which is rare.

Used to mix it w/mac-and-cheese and cream of mushroom soup – one of those back of the box recipes from years ago.

Is it too late to make an oral sex joke? It is? Oh, okay.

No ones mentioned Siracha (rooster sauce) and tuna ? o.O

Or melt a slice of cheese atop the siracha topped tuna…

Tuna-Egg omlette - spices paprikaaaaaa

TunaEgg Salad with celery and greenbeans mixed in with some pepper - and cheese or hotsauce if you like.

Italian-style tuna salad

2 cans tuna
2-3 tblsps extra virgin olive oil
1 small fresh ripe tomato chopped
1 handful fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
(aka italian parsley- do not use the curly parsley)
1/2 small onion chopped (preferably red onion)
salt and pepper to taste

sometimes I like a little acidity so I will splash a little bit of balsamic vinegar.

PACKED WITH FLAVOR AND NOT DRY !!
