How Do these Macros Look...

i started the today. i hate how carbs bloat me and make me feel. how do these macros look…

fats: 75.2 g
protein: 274g
carbs: 25g

1872 kcals

my goal is optimum health and performance in grappling…i will not “carb up” until a grappling tournament i have coming up march 7-8th. im hoping my muscles will supercompensate and store more glycogen than usual…thus better endurance for grappling.

i had 6 eggs today. i ate the yolks. all of them.

Eat more.

You have serious issues.

It’s stupid for you to avoid carbs at your age.

i hate how i feel when i eat them…rather than energy i just want to lay there and do nothing, i get bloated…sick feeling. excess protein gets converted to carbs anyway…dont see how it matters. carbs arent necesary anyway

Why are you asking questions if you already know everything?

i want opinions on the macros…they seem to be working fine, you said more carbs, i told u my reason for not wanting more…if u can give me a good argument on why i should definitely have them, i would throw more in. but as of right now low carb then high carb up day every 1-2 weeks is going fine

no no definitely not. the advice before was eat more…thats what im doing…im taking bits and pieces of all advice and using them. like…eating the damn yolks

Well 1800 calories a day is no where near enough for “optimum health and performance”. Unless your goal is to look like a small Ethiopian child you might want to consider eating more. Dont eat carbs it you don’t want to. Some don’t need them while others do. Its up to you. Def jack up your eating though.
