Define imbalance
Shoulders rounded forward = more trap and rear delt work required
Back arched with stomach out = more ab / TVA work
Too much push upper body
Too little pull midsection
How much motion back to “the middle” would be required to achieve “balance”?
Also how are you drawing a distinction between muscle imbalance and posture?
This shit is retarded bro. The internet turns normal disagreements into whatever shit this is, and normal people into autists.
I took a neutral stance and somehow thats still a problem for you. I’m out.
I felt I was respectful
I bring this up because posture and imbalance are frequently tossed up in the injury discussion, but there’s very little actual evidence to support this.
It’s particularly negative if an otherwise uninjured individual is made to believe their posture is going to injure them in the future, even if they are currently pain free
