How do I most optimally train for my phases

Volume for growth, intensity for fat loss has been like seeing a new math equation for me since you posted it: it’s so simple and clean I didn’t think of it, and as I try to disprove it (remember 3rd grade proofs, anyone?), I can’t really think of a situation in my head that does so. Nicely done!
