I’m about 5 10 190 lbs right now, so I’m probably not cutting yet, but I’m starting to plan how I would go about it. I don’t think I can really cut anything out on my non-workout days, but then on days I workout I don’t want to be cutting out much either. How the hell do you guys cut?
On the work out days, cut out the whole pasta meal and replace it with 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese.
Might as well get rid of the PB&J sandwiches and replace it with a tablespoon or two of natural PB.
Non work out days I’d cut the sandwiches from 2 to 1, and maybe get rid of the cheese and use mustard (if its your thing).
Damn, you cut 1300 kcals on the days you don’t lift compared to the days you do? Has this been working for you? Your body is growing even on the days you’re not lifting… might want to up the kcals on that day.
As far as cutting goes - up the good fats and cut the carbs down to veggies and fruit.
