How Can I Lose 4lbs of Fat in 2 Weeks ?

Honestly, I have tried the intermittent fasting diet recently and it works amazingly well.

I just try to limit catabolism during the fast with a scoop of casein for 8j and 2-3g of glutamine every hour. Glutamine is anti-catabolic and increases growth hormone. Plus lots of green tea.

I also walk like half an hour during the fast.

I’d say it’s the best thing I have ever done. I lost no muscle and no strength to my surprise.

Check leangains.com for more info. The guy recommends a pure fast, but I think limiting catabolism cannot hurt.

First week down, Did 2 hours of weights 1 hour kickboxing 1 hour Bjj, 1 hour of jogging

ate half a bowl of oats and 40grams of whey for breaky

tuna salad for lunch

and a small piece of meat and beans for dinner

same meals all week, looking leaner pretty sure its working

I think ill eat a little bit less this next week and do 30-60 mins of pre break fast cardio with some BCAAs in the morning every day as well as the above training that i normally do

Pretty sure you don’t need to be working out 6 hours a day with 1500 calories a day and fasted cardio to drop 4lbs of fat. It’s not how I would approach it… that being said, it won’t really matter what you do as long as you are working your butt off and in a caloric deficit. 2 weeks isn’t long enough to be able to overdo anything.

BTW - How do you have that much free time during the day? Is it Christmas break in Australia or sth?

I just came home from traveling, not working at the moment and just living with the parents
for a few weeks
