How Can I Get Further Results?

37
Have to use resistance bands to tone body.

How often should I change routines for good toneing. Shoulds I do reps fast or slow?
I usually do 4 sets of 20 reps for everything.

I have 1 30lb cord and a purple cord.

I have only the thumb on my right hand, nerve damage from accident.

switch to 5/3/1 or we will kill and eat you

Bodyweight exercises would be my choice of attack.

Sqauts, pushups, burpees, jumping jacks, pullups --yes even pullups --they can be done without using your thumbs.

Bands would be secondary.`

^^X2 Plus get heavier bands.

Do you your bodyweight exercises one day & the band work the other days for recovery work. It’ll help you recover faster which will help you push yourself abit more.

Change your program when you start getting results. When you find something that works for you ride it out as long as you can. When it stalls its time to switch.

If you can do 20 reps you’re bands aren’t strong enough, I think it’s time to get a new set

Try some free weights.

What are your goals? What kind of Results are you looking for? Want to be stronger, Leaner, Bigger, Faster? Training sport specific or just all around wanting to look good for your significant other?

Your training needs to fit your goal. If you want programming advice, we need to know your goal.

Although 5/3/1 will keep you from being eaten.

Agreed with Colin. More information on what exactly you are looking for would help.
