Today… I cooked oats in orange juice and butter. Then I cut up strawberries and added them along with raspberries. Lowered the temp then stirred in almond meal/flour, leucine, and a few tablespoons of Spike Shooter. When it was done I stirred in some sunflower seeds, flax seed meal, and topped it off with whipped cream.
I drank some milk(blended with MD powder, leucine, creatine, egg yolks, agave syrup, and vanilla beans) along side my oats. I have no idea on how much calories but it was delicious. Don’t hate.

How blended do you make that? Is it fairly liquefied or more thick? Can you smell the tuna in that or does the fruit ummmm buffer the smell?
6 eggs over easy, 2 cups cooked oats, 4 slices 12 grain toast, 4 peices bacon, 3 large cups of water. Grand total around 2000 calories. Gotta love going away to a school that has a great culinary program in it!!! get this made for me every morning!!!

I blend it til its slightly-thicker-than-water consistency, I’ve been doing it for a while and I don’t think the tuna taste is very noticeable on the front end, but there’s definitely an after taste. The fruits and coco milk cover up the front end flavor.
And there’s no doubt it smells like tuna.
Chicken works okay, also, but I’m used to tuna, so that’s what I use.
I’m usually stuck with restaurant food, so I usually get a veggie omelet (1.5 bizillion kcal) or get one with some ham thrown in. No toast, no hash browns, hot coffee.
I’ll dump in some Leucine (3-5 gr) if the can isn’t packed away in some suitcase. (It’s a suspicious white powder, you know…) Fish oil tabs too.
Later, I sneak in a protein shake (300 kcal) with some fiber (25 kcal) from the pharmacy to keep me regular.
It usually depends on work, if I have a chance to eat.
