hows this for disability. there is a marine i talk with over at BB.com who had hes knees completely destroyed in an RPG attack. he needed 2 full knee reconstructions and had to learn how to walk again. he now can squat over 3 plates a side below parallel and is able to successfully perform lunges.

Ha, yeah, I probably should. For a supposedly “busy” dentist, the dude sure has a copious amount of time to spend on T-Nation. He just loves arguing more than any other individual I’ve ever come across. Hard to keep up with that amount of stubbornness and shortsightedness.

Lol. When I saw what was going to happen, I left this thread alone. Just opened it up again this morning and found I was (unfortunately) right. Almost PWI worthy.
… That said, most threads on this sub forum don’t go there, and the training threads were/are pretty good reads.
