How Big Can You Get Naturally?

That’s not very methodical.

Not thinking like that they won’t.

Thinking has nothing to do with it. There are a lot of genetically gifted guys on anabolics that will never be 250 ripped. No one is ever going to be 5’10" 250 ripped naturally. This is a fact.

  1. Yes, yes I do. And barring injury I should go raw elite in December.

I’m not assuming anything. I am going off of facts.

Because you have done an extensive study on the entire human population? Or at the very least, an representative sample.

SWEET!

[quote]And put my lifts up? I compete in powerlifting dufus.

  1. No, no you don’t
  2. How the fuck would we know that if you don’t post it? Keep calling other people stupid, and I’ll point out your glass house all day.

You’re so full of shit my keyboard is turning brown.

LOL. Total elite. LOL. Cracking me up man. lmao. Please tell me some more bullshit, this is priceless.

No one answered you, because you don’t deserve the respect of an honest answer as you hide behind your keyboard.

But go on ASSuming what ever you wish.

What fact? People, outside of myself, ignored your trolling? Yeah that is a fact.

If you believe this kind of crap, that a guy can be 250 ripped naturally at 5’10", then you are a complete fucking moron. Nothing else need be said.

You mean like how a guy could be 5’10" and 250 ripped? Sorry it’s not bullshit like that. And after my meet I’ll just post up the link.

The fact that despite all of the BS talking here no one actually stepped up and met the challenge.

So wait a second.

You are going to do, the same exact shit you are complaining about?

(People talking shit, yet not posting proof)

Worst TROLL EVER!

And as far as how big someone at 5’10" can get naturally: I really don’t care, I’m 6’0"

Uhhhh my upcoming meet is in december. You want me to post up a total I haven’t done yet? Wow.

And I don’t care how tall you are. No 6 foot guy is ever going to be 250 ripped naturally either.

Before Leroy Colbert did it, everyone was convinced that NO ONE on the planet could build muscular arms over 18" without drugs. This was considered fact before the 1960’s. Until records are broken at Olympic events, everyone is always convinced that no one can do better. I imagine the ones who actually end up doing better are not a part of that group.

  1. You are lying about competeing. How about you post some training vids, or results from past meets. Oh that is right, your a liar and a coward.

  2. I don’t give a fuck about what can’t be done. I have never, nor will I ever look at life as a list of things I can’t do. If you want to, have a good time.

Instead I look towards actually accomplishing shit, rather than worry about what may or may not be possible. If I want something, and it isn’t possible, I will find out trying, not by listening to obnoxious haters that are so afraid to fail they won’t even actually try.

That’s a poor example. We’re going on 60+ years of bodybuilding now and as Butt notes, the best natural guys today aren’t any bigger than the guys of then.

I agree that once some barriers are broken that some think they can’t. However they tend to get broken once more people are involved in a particular sport, thus increasing the genetic pool of those involved and generally increasing the bar. But in this case, we’ve seen the bar. Might there be a genetic anomaly now and then? Sure. But that wasn’t Casey’s point. He was talking about the AVERAGE genetic trainer. And people who think they are going to be pro bodybuilder size naturally in lean condition are living in fantasy land.

I’ve done several meets. What’s the big deal? Because you don’t have the sack to? Not my problem.

I love the pump up talks “I don’t run around telling myself what I can’t do.” Good for you. It’s got you a hitched 505 deadlift. Awesome.

I’m sorry, but who gives a shit about Casey Butt’s point on anything?

Regardless of how much time has passed, guys who are genetically above average in terms of muscle mass and strength tend to go for career choices that are more lucrative than bodybuilding…making whatever point you thought was the basis of your argument irrelevant.

If you exclude football players, hockey players or any other sport that actually PAYS from your concern about muscular limits, you are not a scientist. You are simply some guy whp is pissed because there are people bigger than him.

Obviously someone cares because there was a lot of discussion about it.

I’m glad you also know what every guy who is above average in the genetic avoids bodybuilding and such. Thus, it’s all irrelevant. Do you think before you post shit this stupid?

There have been plenty of guys who never made it to the pro level at their chosen sport that went into bodybuilding.

Pissed that people are bigger than me? Hardly. You don’t know me so it’s just another example of your idiocy on this. I’m just asking what person here exceeded these limits naturally. So far I see a lot of chest beating but nothing of substance.

Ask me if I give a fuck? I think you know the answer. What I like is, all of the deflection when asked who stepped up to Casey’s challenge and met or exceeded it. After that it’s all “do you have pictures? Who cares what Casey Butt wrote. You’re a liar.”

HAHAHAHAHA You guys are first class ass clowns.

So many people talk about how effort and determination and intensity drive an athlete to be the best… and yet people are still arguing about diet and exercise. It doesn’t matter that 50 years ago the science of bodybuilding wasn’t where it is today… we can see first hand that anecdotal evidence almost always surpasses science in this area.

You really think Arnold was downing raws eggs and not seeing progress? You’re right, though, if only he had had protein shakes… he would have been SO much better.

This response doesn’t even make sense. Do you really think that if a guy realizes he is stronger and faster and bigger than everyone else in high school, that his first choice for career is BODYBUILDING???

You are out of your league here.

Not really. What is the percentage of guys from high school that make it into the NFL? It’s what, less than 1% I believe.

Most of the guys in bodybuilding got into weights from sports. After 20 years of this shit I’ve read enough interviews to know. Just because a guy has the genes to look great doesn’t mean he’s a great athlete. One has nothing to do with the other.

What? If guys who are truly genetically elite are more likely to go into sports as their career choice, then avoiding looking at those sports for stats to determine some muscular limit for all humans makes ZERO FUCKING SENSE.

And I’m not getting off topic here.

I’ll put this out there. No one here is going to shatter the numbers those calculators come up with staying natural. It has nothing to do with “want to” or “mental drive” or whatever. It’s all about genetics and there has been enough information collected on natural bodybuilders to come to a reasonable idea as to what is attainable. If someone here thinks they are going to outdo Reg Park naturally, well, you’re dreaming. Esp on this board.

Anyone here who thinks he’s ever going to be 250 ripped naturally is dreaming as well. Unless he’s like 7 feet tall. You can beat your chest all day but I want to see someone really shatter what the calculator says by GETTING INTO SHAPE. That means 10% bodyfat or less. The one guy that had his bodyfat done fell exactly into what the calc says he should be, and he’s a competitor. How many here have actually competed? Everyone is 260 with “maybe 15-18% bodyfat so I’m sure I’m 230 ripped.” Hil-fucking-larious.

I just wanted to see who beat the challenge. Answer? No one. all I need to know. I’m out! HAHAHAHA
