Never direct trained ever, attributed to delivering appliances for 5 years on/off. When we carried the things in we couldn’t put them down on hardwood so we had to man them as far as needed. Built the craziest grip strength ever.

to make it worse i have narrow biceps and wide forearms from the front. The popeye look aint cool :frowning:
