How Bad is 5-6 Beers on TRT?

Is it not a big deal if it’s occasional or is the conversion to estrogen not good?

For most I don’t believe it would be a problem.

I drink 1 or 2 a night most nights and quite a bit more on the weekends. I’m in the best shape of my life and feel better than ever and my estrogen was almost 80 when I didn’t drink as much. You won’t know how it’ll effect you until you try it. Like most things with TRT it’ll effect different people differently.

I blow up like a balloon and become prone to crying. But I’ve always “looked” hungover easily.

I just came back from a beach vacation where I consumed massive amounts of alcohol. I was worried but never experienced any estrogen sides and my sex drive was still thru the roof. I drink wine normally 3-4 nights a week and never notice anything except sometimes feeling bleh in the mornings

Wine isn’t an issue. Beer is the culprit when it comes to messing with e2. But you have to drink a lot for it to become a real problem that’s worth worrying about. And if someone is drinking enough beer daily to mess with their e2 then there are other issues that would need to be addressed.

isnt that just hoppy beers though?

I think the hoppier stuff is worse, yes. But if you have a lot of the more standard stuff it’s still an issue. I don’t know, I don’t drink beer so it’s not something I’ve spent a lot of time looking in to.

pretty sure the phytoestrogens come from the hops, i think stouts might be ok

That sounds familiar and I assume correct. Plus a good stout is a lot more enjoyable.
