I can see what the OP is talking about. I used to do it too. Every single day. But I was eating 6k calories from clean food. Never again. Right now, I just eat 3-4 times a day, whenever I am hungry. Easier and I get almost the same results. Force feeding sucks.

I was tired last night and over dramatized, I shoulda just got some sleep. Actually when I went form 3 to 4k I started eating a lot of candy bars and ice cream to be honest, just kept some of the clean food in.
