In the past, both CT and Shugs have suggested using HOT-ROX to minimize fat gain during bulking or if you want to maintain losses and prevent rebound when coming off a restrictive diet.
Basically, this suggests taking HOT-ROX year round because let’s face it, during any phase of training, you’re either looking to gain, lose, or maintain your weight.
So, if you’re just looking to maintain or put a cap on your fat gain, what would be a good dose? 4 caps per day? Anything more would way too expensive me and most but would it be worth it?

It’s difficult to say as people will respond differently to varying dosages. This is why the recommended dosage is so broad, i.e., 1-4 capsules, twice daily. I’d take at least a 2-3 week break after using HOT-ROX for 12 weeks at a time.
4 caps daily, in my opinion, would still be entirely worth using.
