HOT-ROX - What Now?

so I got my hands on the first Biotest products namely MAG-10 (the regular one) and HOT-ROX

now my intention is to start MAG-10 during christmas (i’ll have a lot of time then because i have to study… so i’ll be awake early = EAT a lot in order to grow)

anyway i wanne cut in april…
now my food intake is already kinda solid and my body % is about 10% so I wonder if HOT-ROX will help me to get down to 7% then … I only have one tube is this enough?

Is the “tube” you refer to a bottle of HOT-ROX or bottle of MAG-10? Both will “help” but not sure it matters much without posting other things - like diets, workouts you will be following.

  • I hate the thoughts of - “its Christmas so I will be eating a lot.” Is that a rationalization and “eating a lot” of junk still warrants being careful. Let me explain a tad. You lie at 10% BF → on your MAG-10 + eating frenzy that surrounds Dec 25, do you plan on remaining at 10% BF?
    If you get yourself to say 12-15% BF, would 7% BF be an easy task and then 1 bottle of Hot Rox be “enough” to get you there - its perhaps doubtful. It will “aid” your push there, however - but you may want to diet off your initial weight gain prior to beginning Hot Rox. See, a lot of questions - you could perhaps shed some on.

  • Will you be following an eating plan that aids your goals. It sounds like the goal of being 7% BF outweighs your desire to be bigger. If it werent for Christmas, would you be eating “a lot” anyway?

It’s perfectly possible that HOT-ROX can help you achieve that goal. I’d get at least one more bottle however.

I don’t know that I’d assume you’re going to be the same body fat percentage in April as you are now, though.

lol i don’t mean that i will put a lot of bad food in my mouth just because it’s christmas …
no we have holiday during christmast 3 weeks to study for our exams … so I can eat very strict then + I can use a kitchen to make things easier. So i’m intending to gain also a little BF (not much a hope) during my MAG-10 cycle … I only plan a 2 week cycle with 1 bottle of MAG-10 pills… it’s the first time i do this so I’ll take the ‘light’ dose but will i need something like nolvadex or 6-oxo afterwards for this short cycle?

and i mean a bottle with pills by tub sorry for the misunderstanding :slight_smile:

well I intend to… 1 month clean eating should do the trick to get till 10% … but getting till 7 will be something different i bought HOT-ROX for that, read a lot here and i hope the testimonials are true! :slight_smile:

Man, at 6’1", that puts you at about 166.5lbs of lean body mass. No offense, but that is pretty thin, especially at your height. If you were to drop to 7% body fat right now without losing any lean body mass, that would barely put you at 179lbs total body weight. I believe that is BELOW the average weight for someone your height by nearly 15-20lbs. While your goals are your own, why do so many seem to carry the goal of weighing so much less than the average person who doesn’t even lift? It means that regardless of being 7%, you would have to strip naked for anyone to realize you trained for that. Sorry for the harsh opinion, but I call it like I see it. I know people who wouldn’t even have to train to hit that weight and look decent.

well I’m not really into getting as big as possible … i’ll try to make a picture to give you an idea how I look but trust me i’m not skinny at all :slight_smile:

my stats would be 6 ft and 187 pounds i can post a picture of my gut to maybe give a BF% indication what i will do here

Acidreign, I would say you do look pretty skinny. Both of those pictures show that. You are lean and skinny. If that is your goal, more power to you. I just find it odd that this is now the goal for most. I would expect someone your height to at least be trying to hit a solid 200lbs. If you try to drop to 7% with that amount of muscle on you, you will look malnourished in my honest opinion. I would probably guess you arms to be about 14.5" around. I just don’t get how the goals have changed so much that people now want to look like Tobey Mcgwire did in Spiderman.

no actually this is my first cut time… I wanne make a clean cut before i start bulking you know? I already got me a bottle of MAG-10 and some serious nutrition plans planned … but i want to drop some BF just to make sure I can do it … I have never seen myself cut so it’s a challenge for me . I will hit the 200 lb, I already did that in the past :slight_smile:

Um… you absolutely don’t have to cut. You’re already below 10% for sure. Go any lower and you’ll look like a freak. Just bulk like hell now.

You’ve never seen yourself cut? Do you see what you actually look like when you look in the mirror? There is no way I would recommend that someone who looks like you try to lose more weight. You are already lean and you aren’t carrying much muscle in the first place. Is this the first time you’ve heard this? That you appear to be skinny? Do you see a fat person when you look in the mirror? Unless you are about to compete (which I can’t see with the amount of lean body mass you are carrying), what is the point of having every rib showing?

Let me also add that I don’t understand why someone weighing as much as you is attempting to even use MAG-10. You are UNDERweight which means you will put on a good deal of muscle by simply not trying to starve yourself. You sound like you suffer from “former fat boy syndrome” because that is the only way I could see someone like you looking in the mirror and thinking they need to drop more weight to get cut before they add any more. To put this in simple terms because you seem to have skipped over my words in two previous posts…YOU ARE SKINNY AS HELL. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT. NO ONE LOOKS AT YOU AND SAYS, “Now there goes a guy who spends a good deal of time in the gym”. THEY LOOK AT YOU AND SAY, “I wonder if he has enough food to eat at home?” Carry on.

well yeah i used to be fat so you could be right there… anyway i decided to follow your advice guys… i’ve used massive eating to calc everything and yeah i was eating only 2100 calories each day … just enough to maintain I guess anyway according to john berardi i have to eat ± 4000 cals now . but i’m afraid of one thing 50% have to come from carbs … now i gain fat relatively easy so won’t that be a problem? (don’t worry bout my carb sources, i’ll make sure those are clean!). And btw i have 15" arms :d sorry :slight_smile:

You are the same guy who thought he wasn’t lean and that he wasn’t skinny. You are also the same guy that thought he needed to drop 3% body fat before he gained any weight. I wouldn’t rely on your opinion of whether you gain fat easily or not. Your self body image is completely distorted. I am not sure if you have been reading too many Girlie teen magazines and thousands of pictures of Justin Timberlake and Usher have convinced you that having any muscle at all was “gross” and made girls go “ewwww” but you are delusional. I also doubt your arms are a solid 15" around cold. My arms were 15" before I started training. Yours look smaller. Next time, measure them before you do curls. How about you simply follow the program, and then in two months, post some more pictures and let more people than yourself be the judge of how easily you gain fat. I know women who can clear more than 2,100cals a day and not gain weight which means you will probably put on a good deal of size by simply not eating like you are in the third grade.

ok i alrady told you that i would listen to your advice wanne clear 1 thing up tho… i’m not into justin timberlake nor usher and I never admired their bodies … I think they’re skinny and look like anorexia victims
