HOT-ROX Extreme Timing

Hey I just ordered this product for the first time. I’m pretty comfortable with stimulants (I’ve been taking Spike and do well with it). I’ll obviously quit Spike while I’m on HRX, but I was wondering how exactly to time the doses. It says the recommended start is 1 pill 2x/day. At what times do I take these? Give me some ideas people. Thanks!

I was taking 2 in the morning before breakfast, and 2 prior to lifting on lifting days. On non lifting days it was 2 in the morning before breakfast, 1 mid afternoon around 1pm, then the last one if I need a pick me up, but I usually only took 3 on non lifting days.

There isn’t a secret best time. As long as you are taking them twice a day six to eight hours apart (whatever works for you) you are doing what’s needed.

Generally, I think most people (I do) take them in the morning around breakfast and whatever is good in the afternoon for them.

Now they do give you a nice energy kick so if you want to time it before your gym time cool. But, the main thing for optimum results is going to be your nutrition plan and workouts.
