HOT-ROX Experiences

Who has used it, how effective was it?
If you have before and afters and/or a general outline of what you did while on it I’d be greatly appreciative.

I’ve used HOT-ROX for both of my major cuts, so I can’t really compare its effectiveness. The physical side effects weren’t all that bad; every now and then I would feel like my heart was about to bust out of my chest fifteen minutes or so after I took it, and don’t forget the raspberry burps!

I personally have never been all that effected by stimulants. I can drink a twelve pack of highly caffeinated diet soda, NOXplode, a Monster, and a five hour energy and really not feel any different than normal; given that, HOT-ROX has got to be pretty freaking impressive.

If you have the money, take that shit. I use Berardi’s Get Shredded Diet as a guideline for my cuts, as well as Romanello’s programming.

When I do use HOT-ROX, I don’t actually feel a major stimulant boost, but it kills my appetite dead. Though, I’ve known some people who do notice the caffeine in it and if they feel it’s too much, taking it with a meal instead of shortly prior seems to solve the issue.

In terms of the “best” supplement stack I’ve worked with, it’s probably the combo of HOT-ROX, Receptormax, and Seven (this was before Indigo-3G, though, and I don’t have experience with that yet). The HOT-ROX and Receptormax combo helped keep the nutrition on track (3 or 4 low-ish carb meals plus workout nutrition), and the Seven was a good “finisher” the last 6-8 weeks. Training was basic lifting 4 days a week with easy-ish cardio (incline treadmill walking) at the end of most sessions.

Ive never used HOT-ROX (dont really have much of an understanding of the ingredients/mechanisms involved).

But used the EC stack and couldn’t praise anything higher. Im a guy who is strongly against “bullshit supplements” aka anything without a strong scientific background supporting it, and the stuff absolutely blew me away in its effectiveness.

Obviously the EC stack has more info available on it than 99% of weight loss drugs (and it helps that nobody makes an actual EC stack product so you dont get those biased fake studys that companies do) so its not like I just went out on a limb.

Of course you gotta be careful/smart when using it since it can be dangerous if abused.

but its unquestionably the only fat burner that id ever recommend (not that that means much)

Thanks for the responses, I started Indigo-3G at the beginning of summer and did the hypertrophy training program and took myself from an abs peeking out 195 to a softer but still reasonably lean 215(and still going). I’m going to test maxes next week because this is my last week of the program, and then after that I’m going to do the strength program. Inbeteeen the two though I’m debating a short cut just to lean out back to where I was before I start the strength program.

I looked at the EC stack just now and though it seems very tempting I really don’t have a schedule that allows me to plan out exactly when and what I can eat (that said I realize that is going to be detrimental to a cut, but this is honestly the least busy I’ll be for a few months) so I’m looking for something I can just take once or twice a day and not worry too much more about it- on top of reworking y diet and adding in more cardio.

It worked pretty well for me. Not stimulant-like at all, but greatly reduces appetite. I feel the results I got from it were greater than had I not taken it.

A downside for me was that it gave me pretty severe heartburn. Taking with food helped a bit.

I thought HOT-ROX were more effective for me than ECA stacks, personally.

I have more anecdotal evidence with EC than HOT-ROX so I’m bias, but I personally like EC better.

I’m not sure what you mean by the scheduling conflicts with EC. The only two precautions I take are to stay under 80 mg a day, and I don’t take it directly before a workout.

I lift first thing in the morning, so I take 200 mg of Caffeine pre-workout then take 32 mg of ephedrine post. Approximately four hours later, I take 200 mg of caffeine with 25 mg of ephedrine. I take more in the morning because a third dose seems to keep me up too late.

HOT-ROX is epic. I alternate it, i.e. i don’t take it everyday. I’m not sure if one can become “tolerant” to its ingredients, can someone answer that? I too have had the “heart may explode” feeling, however it subsides. Energy compared to that of 2-3 so cups of strong coffee on an empty stomach. Does a decent job of making me look “dry”.

Never had my BF levels tested, but always look best when HOT-ROX is involved. Wouldn’t consider any other fat burner supp, even tho they may be cheaper. Biotest maintains its solid reputation with this one.
