HOT-ROX and Liquid Meals

First day of my new diet. I read the article ‘why you are still fat’. I realized that even adding high metabolic cost exercises and increasing the frequency and INTENSITY of my workouts I’m not able to drop the beer gut. Yeah it was my diet. Late night binge eating and all that crap. Even though I’m getting great results with muscle mass, tone, and fitness, the stubborn belly fat stays put.

So I got the Metabolic Drive shakes. Low carb for night time and regular for a morning shake. I’m going on 5-6 meals a day. The shakes count as one each.

I’m eating stuff that I like but keeping it healthy. Smaller portions of meat/fish, lots of fruits and veggies, eggs, cottage cheese etc. No trash foods period.

HOT-ROX is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach. I took one this morning and about 15 minutes later had my shake. After a slightly upset stomach I felt great and energetic for the rest of the day. Cutting the calories and had a great workout.

Any suggestions on when to take the HOT-ROX? Any other supplements I should look into? Any other suggestions?

Sounds good man hope you get along great. Other things?? Id say a fish oil like Flameout. Any and everyone should IMO take them as well as creatine just to many proven bonuses.

Aside from that just keep going for now you ned to make this habit, a lifestyle

Yes. Going to take four Flameout during my lunch meal. So today for lunch I’m going to have a small cut of grass fed beef, a sweet potato, and 4 Flameout.

Clean Foods in reduced portions, 4 meals per day.
HOT-ROX
Metabolic Drive Shakes
Flameouts

That should be all I need. If this doesn’t get the results I want I’m going to have to go to that dreadful V-Diet.

A typical day

  1. HOT-ROX, 3 scoop Metabolic Drive Complete
  2. small bowl oatmeal mixed with blueberries
  3. small cut of steak, sweet potato, 4 Flameout
  4. apple with peanut butter or fruit with canned oysters/fish/sardines, HOT-ROX, 1 hour before workout

WORKOUT

  1. salad w/broccoli, carrot, tomato, 3 scrambled eggs or wheat toast with smoked salmon/cream cheese/onion
  2. 2-3 scoops Metabolic Drive low carb

I’ll let you know my results after a few weeks.

I try to include all kinds of fat at every meal so for that purpose, I tend to spread out my Flameout during the day. I don’t take all 4 in one sitting anymore.

That’s a good idea. 2 with the larger lunch meal before the workout and 2 with the post workout meal.

Will reduce the chance of nasty fish burps. I can’t take my Flameout in the morning.
