Daily Caloric Deficit: approximately 1000 kcal

Loss of 6-8 lbs water, and about 8 lbs fat over 28 days.

Drop from 16% bodyfat to 12% and from a 35" waist to 33".

Photos to follow, perhaps a lipid profile if I can get to the lab anytime soon.

Just a couple of things I noticed… I believe in the Shug’s v-diet blog he wrote that he poppedtook his HOT-ROX before walking and before his first shake.

And I also think I read somewhere that you should probably take the Flameout spread out over the course of the day rather that all at once (but I could be imagining it). Good luck. Day 15 myself.

that was Poliquin with the spreading fish oil out advice. some don’t handle HOT-ROX on an empty stomach, if this is the case, eat first.

me too, started today, freaking hard as hell.

Lowery mentions minimizing fat intake in the mornings. That being said, I can’t imagine 1 gram from a capsule of Flameout and 4.5 grams from flaxseed meal with the morning shake have much of a negative impact.
