Hormone Replacement Therapy for Post Menopausal Lifter

Does anyone know if there is an increased risk of breast cancer from taking bio-identical hormones? My 63 year old mother works out and eats well but would like to feel better.

I’m not one to comment on the risks of breast cancer. You should ask a doctor about that.

I just have to say- Your 63 year old mother works out?! wow. way to go mom!

beware of synthetic hormones - they are more likely to create havoc in the body. progestin is SYNTHETIC remember that. most menopausal/postmenopausal women are already estrogen dominant - estriol is the good estrogen and also cancer protective that we tend to lose as we age. estrogen (E2) is the one more likely to become carcinogenic when out of control.

try to stay to natural treatments as possible - i’m currently taking natural hormones - no more night sweats and insomnia improved signficantly. google dr. john lee to find out more about hormone replacement for women. that’s where ultimately found the information i needed to improve my own horrormones. hope this helps.

good luck and double goody for your mom still working out!

Bioedentical Hormones FTW.
Don’t worry!
