Mobility work works then! What happens if you do this in between sets? Also, I would make sure to do a PROPER dynamic warmup routine, before warming up with the bar on legs. It makes all the difference!
Never tried it before. I can’t get the sacroiliac to pop every time I do this.

People don’t typically think that symmetry of definition is part of “symmetry”. It is a critical balance among all body parts. You have very good symmetry of definition.
What I see as a priority is increasing leg size.
Lats, mid back and rear delt ( your whole back?) look bigger.
Has your bodyweight changed? How is that hip?
Bodyweight has gone up from 180-181 to 183-184. I’ve upped carbs considerably to support my training. So, some of the weight gain is due to fuller glycogen stores. I feel like my muscles are so much fuller now and not as flat.
Hip is doing better as I have knocked out lower body movements that seem to make it scream. Slowly, but surely weeded out those movements.
You made some changes and it “worked.” That’s awesome. Keep it up!
