LOL,LOL,LOL…
great work mate…didnt want to jump on the band wagon and take the piss when you posted your first pics but you’ve come on in leaps on and bounds! quick question though, why are you doing a giant set of flat, incline and decline bench?? i really hope its not to ‘target’ upper, middle and lower pecs cause i’m sure as most of the guys on here are aware its not possible to target different points of the pectoralis major due to there only being one attachment point. bit off topic i know but had to ask seeing as you posted the clip. good work anyway!
i did decline flat and incline as a means of getting a better pump 2 finish of my workout. i do know pecs have one attachment but i find that different angles isolate and fine tune the muscle needeed btter

I suggest you learn a thing or two about training and anatomy before you hand out ‘information’ like this.
It is entirely possible to recruit either the pectoralis major clavicular head or the sternal head with different exercises.
So not only IS there an upper and a lower pec, but yes, you can train them seperately.

Thanks BBB for the clarification, but dang dre, without even knowing the proper anatomy of the chest one can tell while liftings the difference in exercises targeting the upper and lower pecs.
