If you look at beer making for example, there are many variations, not extremely complex but delicate enough to require alot of trial an error and a vast amount of ingenuity and creativity… all for the perfect beer

All im saying is lets get creative and put some personal resources into TRYING to extract the good stuff from food…

who knows maybe itll lead to something, maybe not, but i dont think ive ever seen a group of harder working individuals than gym rats and athletes

Pretty sure this is sarcasm around the use of milk derived proteins. Obviously there is some merit of use to hit macro goals while managing a total caloric limit, but he’s not wrong that it gets a little silly when supplement companies get in to the dubious weeds of ā€œthe new best highly processed version of the same root ingredientā€ marketing bends.
