Hey, I’m sure this subject has been brought up before… But I was wondering if anyone had any homemade protein shake recipes. A few years back, I trained intensively, (6 times a week, sometimes twice a day) and had no problem digesting store bought whey-protein shakes.
Since then, I’ve become lactose intolerant - severely. Since then, I have also bought a catering company, so, I’m able to get all sorts of ingredients in their pure form, egg white powder, whey powder,(ugh)soy-protein powder, any artificial sweeteners, oils, vitamins, anything bascially at a very low cost. I was wondering if anybody had any tips or recipes on making your own lactose-free protein shakes… Taste is secondary, I spend my day eating good food so gulping down a crappy tasting protein shake or two isn’t too bad a sacrifice.
Any help would be much appreciated!
