Got an e-mail from a friend with this homemade fat loss drink you can make on your own.
2 teaspoons apple cider vineger
1-2 teaspoons honey
mixed in water or juice one hour before eating.
Someone in the office where they work swears by it.I haven’t tried it,never heard of it and I wanted to check here first to see if anyone has ever come across this or something similar.

Vinegar may be beneficial, but how is having 1-2 teaspoons of sugar (honey) going to help with fat loss.
Today my mom came home with a story that one of her’s customers drinks lemon juice every day, all other dietary habbits remaining the same. She says she really “leaned out”.
And there I thought I started to have some effect on my mom. She’s been eating cereal with flax seeds for breakfast, meat + veggies for lunch and dinner, and a lot of fruit in between, she’s progresing nicely (damn, I would get her to squat in my gym, but really messed up back is the bitch)

fyi, plenty of people (including myself) have lost fat while eating “sugary carbs” during times other than breakfast/peri-workout, even before bed
