yeah actually, if you drink enough raw vinegar, you will probably not want to eat and just barf all day long… therefore making you lose weight and actually REVERSE caloric intake.

I’ve heard the same. I’ve also heard this drink made with vinegar and unsweetened cranberry juice, no honey.
Somewhere I’ve read that simply drinking a pint of water immediately upon waking will cause you to lose 5 pounds of fat per year, doing nothing else, and this from a reliable source.
Probably the secret is just more water.
