Has anyone in the UK made a GHR from a normal hyperextension bench?

I have never made one myself,but I have an old one that I am looking to get rid of (new one been delivered next week from USA).
I live in Aberdeen,I am not sure of where you live but if you are prepared to collect it, then it is yours pal.
