I think my grip got stronger reading this

I only had 12 hours between workouts-last nights and this mornings. It really made a difference in my strength or lack there of.

bench 320x10 (11 last week)
3 board press 365x1, 315x5x5
rack lockouts 405x3,455x3,500x1,405x3

  1. BB row 205x10x8
  2. DE bench 205x3x8
  3. bowflex pulldown 160x15x3
  4. close grip bench 225x10x3
    tates 40x10x3

With workouts like that Eco, the bullying stops. At least from my end. I value living.

Wow. That sure looks like a lot of work for one session. Are you dead yet?

SteelyD, I was going to do a push/pull in May but decided not to . Where abouts in Maine is your gym? If its within 2-3 hours I may come up. You competing?

The machine squats burned like hell. My right shoulder has been bothering me for a couple workouts now. Any overhead pressing makes it ache and DE bench.

Strong as H311! give that shoulder a break and try some rehab exercises/YTWL

It’s in Waterville. I don’t know where you are in New Hampster, that’s about 1:35 north of Portland up I-95, just north of Disgusta.

Lookin’ strong today eco! Eating less junk means you can eat more clean food - like steak!

Eco, I see you make use of the bowflex quite a bit. I know people who have literally put them out for trash and others who love them, or at least say they work. I guess you’re in the latter?

SteelyD, glad to see the old avatar! I’ve found the bowflex can be use for db exercises like flyes and lying tri ext. My wife bought it for my b-day a few years ago. So I find it usefull for my home gym. I would rather an entire rack of dbs.

MM, I hope to hit 415 with a pause.

On a side note I was 262lbs this morning. Thats down from 267lbs. I was craving ice cream or a twinkie last night. But I just sat there and watched the Bruins get spanked.

Its finally happened to me. I have high BP, cholesterol, most likely mild sleep apnea and I’ll be 40 in August. So watching my diet is not just for hawt abz but so I can see 50 some day. Funny but I don’t feel old.
