I was still sore from Saturday and Sunday. Back, lats, traps and shoulders all still sore. I’m switching rackpulls to Saturday and bench to Sunday so I have more time btw rackpulls and squats. I can only workout Sat,Sun and Tues right now.[/quote]

i’m sore all the time… i feel your pain.

so…which system did you use for the sets and reps on those dynamic squats?? the american or canadian way?

was it 8 sets of 2 or 2 sets of 8?

I’d have to go back in years to try to find a day that I wasn’t sore somewhere

8 sets of 2 reps. I’ve always written it the wrong way. I’ll switch to the American way all the time from now on.
My shoulders were junk today. I couldn’t move any kind of weight. First time doing the seated cleans and step ups.

according to the calculator, that would give you a squat of 564. What is your current squat max (or a good guess)?

That’s why I write it 200x 2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2. There can be no mistake, and typing space is free

That’s actually very close to my best at home squat. I’ve gotten 540.

Well, shit, I guess that means you really do bench 435. numbers don’t lie 8*)

Sounds like a huge week,
nice pressing and nice squatting

being how NH is a province for the most part of canada the sets/reps schemes make sense.

540 is a big squat … I bet you can hit 600
given time.

Holy cow! You really did 200 sets of 2 reps? I’m a little confused by the subsequent 2s and slashes, but you’re a monster, MJ.

actually… in this case, i’m picking on both of you:)

You know me, I’m just confused, MJ. Meant no disrespect to you.

You’re right; let’s turn our attention once again to Eco.

i think we were both just EFFing around.

but you’re right. Eco should really be the center of our pointing and laughing:)

Does this count as internet bullying? You guys be nice, we don’t want eco going emo-lemming on us.

I love this shit. Bully all you want. Make fun of anyone on this thread … especially me. The thing I miss about going to a gym is joking around with the guys there.

MJ, I hope you weren’t refering to me. I’m bald, old and fat. Get it right next time.
MM, do you mean words like: ‘Dad, I just knocked over your Harley’ or ‘We no longer serve Big Macs’.

rackpull (70%) 420x5x5
DE deficit deads 275x3x8
shruggs 315x15x3

Thats all I had tonight. My low back was not co-operating. I’ll finish the rest tomorrow. I was able to do the shruggs overhand without straps. I think my grips is getting stronger with this workout.
