HOME GYM

Ok, I know this has been mentioned over and over on here in numerous places.

But…

I’m moving house in a month and part of the property is a triple-sized garage which has enough room for a decent home gym set up

I can;t wait to tell my fat, lazy, holidaying-in-jamaica-whist-not-spending-any-dosh-on
equipment Gym manager where to stick his membership !

oh and one of the other bays in the garge has a pit and hoist for full motor work. But i’m only focussed on what will become my new home gym.

Excellent! I’m getting closer and closer to finally setting up own home gym as well.

What equipment do you plan on getting?

Power Rack with chin/pull up bar attached
Bench
Oly bar
300 Kg discs (got to have a dream)

I’ll fashion some form of Dip bar thing myself

weight belt for Dip’s, Pull ups etc

that’s to start. I have a fiend who’s opening an elite personal training centre in Cambridge Uk (they’ve even had olympic track laid down… its very impressive) who said he’ll order the kit above for me at trade prices.

Then I’ll start shopping for ex- gym stuff like cable pull things

I already have an ergo rowing machine so that can be added to the inventory.

I’m so excited its actually quite sad…

Cambridge, UK? Can I ask what the name and location of the centre is/will be?

of course,

its CORE training.

Their based on the cowley road estate. If you pop down ask for Ed Hallam. He’s the best trainer I’ve ever met. He knows his stuff and is the reason I read T-Nation

if you can get your hands on a Cambridge agenda magazine they have an ad running
