This is my home torture chamber. The power rack and lat pull are made by a company called Strength Inc. They are out of Twin Falls, Idaho.

As far as equipment, the power rack and an adjustable incline bench are the way to go.
Get a texas power bar from Mac barbell company out of Texas.
Cap Barbell has the best plates for the best price, and they are ultra thin.
If you wanna have a lat pulldown, get yourself some pulleys from a hardware store, hang them from the power rack and run a length of cable thru them. Ironmind has the loading pin were you can load the plates on vertically. Then get a lat bar of some sort.
As for dumbells I would get olympic adjustable or if you have the money the new bow flex one’s look pretty trick. I opted for hex heads.
Ok, I hope this is a start, just PM me if you have any other questions.

WEll you will get various opinions from everyone. I only suggest that you spend the monat and get something SOLID that you wont want to replace soon. Or have to replace soon.

That said I got my power rack and varipus stuffs at www.nybarbell.com. I am more than happy with everything
