I like front squats because they work my core and quads differently than back squats and I try to get some variation. doing an exercise because of how it looks is why bosu balls were invented. If you want to get bigger and stronger, select your exercises on not whether you like them or how they look, but by the results you expect to get.

Sure, looking cool is about as relevant to a lift as the proportion of hot girls in the gym. I myself train front squats because I’m starting to train OL. And yes, I’m glad such a fun lift hits my core and quads so well!

Besides, are you saying people look cool when they’re on bosu balls? :slight_smile:
