This was good. Doing my best to train smart and not stupid which is my modus operandi . The only issue physically is my lower right back pain . I did have an emg which showed nerve damage however I guess most PLers do. It locks up on me and made me rest more than I need to. Itās a sciatica type pain . Gonna go fuck my tens unit

Iām competing in early December too.
Stay with DL work. A lot of it is just how you feel that day. Believe me, its happened to me more than once. It normally pisses me off, and my next DL session is pretty good.

Thanks Jack, it was off of blocks though, not a deficit lol which is why I was so dissapointed.
