Nice work Matty. I’ve said it before but there is no way I could do that type of training for a week let alone a month.

Thanks fellas, as far as strength goes, I really dont know, I havent gone heavy in the major lifts in quite a while. Quite frankly Ive been feeling pretty beat up too. The plan is to continue this style of training for 2 more weeks and then to a PL peaking type program. Hopefully it will translate somewhat.

I’m with the other guys, that’s a lot of freaking work. When is your meet?

Im hoping for a december meet crip, Im hoping for PRs in both Squat and Dead, and if I can get my bench back up to 315 I would be pleased.

Scrapped it from there…I was shot, I had nothing, later on in the day I felt like I had a stomach bug…lots O anal gravy

I just had the same sort of workout and issues.

Still dealing with this stomach bug…its like an aerosol can is spraying outta my ass
