2 weeks ago I was playing kick ball and I kicked the ball and felt a shooting pain in my right hip flexor, but I waved it off and kept playing. 2 days later it hardly hurt so I figured it was better. Then when I went to squat on my max effort lower day it hurt like a mf coming out of the hole. I tried squatting again the next week same issue and then today same issue. Any advice on what muscle is probably strained and how to rehab it.
Btw it doesnāt hurt when I DL as I hit a 25# pr just last week pain free.
