I have a pretty steep hill near where I live that I have been sprinting up. Unfortunatly the hill is kind of short (probably 50-60 yards from base to the top) so i made a tire sled to drag while sprinting! Its brutal!

If sprints get boring, alternate them with standing long jumps and looooong lunges.

just started hill sprints as main conditioning and they are great. have to try them with the tire sounds intense
