Hilary's 3 AM Advertisement Parody

My school quarter is almost over, but one class in particular has emerged as one of my new favorite courses…

We got to make youtube videos for college credits. Nice.

Check out my candidate project youtube video spoof on Hilary’s recent 3AM advertisement. It’s pretty clear which candidate I was assigned to.

-First you should see Hilary Clintons actual 30 second advertisement if you haven’t yet: - YouTube

And here is my group candidate project advertisement/spoof

that was a pretty lame video

Helps if you’re knowledgeable about recent American politics.

That was pretty weak, and Huckabee isn’t even in the race anymore.

Alright I can take it. I’ll work to come back with a better one next time.

Props to you for having a positive outlook when the feedback wasn’t so good. I liked where you were going with the clevage thing but the punchline fell flat in the end.

Now personally Huckabee has always reminded me of Gomer Pyle or Goober the auto mechanic with his golly gee, aww shucks type of speach. So if you could come up with something like that it would be, (cue the guiness beer guys)- Brilliant!- (uncue).

I just realized the original Clinton commercial claims she “knows the military.”

How the hell does a 60 year-old female yuppy Illinois native know anything about the military?

Yea I think I’m done with Huckabee for now since he’s no longer in the spotlight. Curious who will be McCains running mate though.

The next video is for my political science class and each student group “campaign” makes a question to ask the presidential candidates via YouTube. Then, in a 200 person lecture hall, our professor holds a structured mock debate with some students representing their group’s candidate. The debates are really fun.

Here’s quick example of a typical group’s question:

And here’s mine:

PS I’m not even sure if it makes sense.

You should have filmed it next to a fire place, in a wing-back chair, a bookcase full of leather bound books in the back-ground, and you in a suit and tie, preparing to partake of a cigar or pipe. Oh, and the scene should’ve opened and close with classical music.

I didn’t think the video was all that great, but I do remember the compromises that have to made when constrained by a max of 20 man-hours of work and a $7.95 budget.

My old school projects were that great either.

5 hr late EDIT: weren’t that great. Oopsie.

So wtf was the deal with that 3 Am video. I don’t even understand what point she was trying to get across.

She thinks she’s qualified to be president because she got to watch Bill get blowjobs from Monica and drop his pants in front of Paula Jones. Bill raping Jennifer Flowers taught Hillary how to use her power wisely.

I mean, there is like the aura of molestation or burglary at the beginning of the video.

And the phone ring to me seems like some creep robber but then…the phone is in the white house, so who the fuck is answering the phone at 3 AM and why?

I don’t even understand what the hell this video is supposed to mean.

Maybe, I’m dense but if there were allusions and the like, they flew right over my head.

This one is better:
